Cell It

Question: Hi guys, i have just been accepted on a syndicate lake local to me, i have asked some of the other guys what bait approach seems to work, and they all seem to be using the cell, i use the cell and have good faith in it, i was thinking of trying to use something completely different to see if i could get myself an edge, is this an approach  you have ever used to good result, or would i be best in giving the fish what they like and know, regards Jim Vallance

Advanced Carp Fishing says: Given that this will be a completely new water to you, I would recommend that you start off using Mainline Baits’ Cell. It’s a bait that you already have faith in and one that clearly works well on that particular water. Knowing this puts you in a very fortunate position, as you can remove the issue of which bait to use from the equation, leaving you with more time, and brain power, to concentrate on fish location and getting to know the venue.

Once you’ve got to grips with the water and its inhabitants and have a few fish under your belt, then you can start experimenting with baits. Even something as simple as rolling your own Cell boilies, but changing the colour, could give you the edge you’re looking for.
