One of the old Yeoveney fish, he was between 45 and 50 years old. He reached a top weight of 45lb 13oz and was one of the much sought-after target fish for the anglers that came to fish the Church Lake. He was one of the venue’s real characters. A bit of a loner, he could usually be found on a hot summer’s day doing circuits of the lake. A fish of that calibre and history will be a great loss. However, some of his old mates are still growing well. With fish such as No-Name now close to, or breaking, the 40lb barrier, the future is bright at Horton.”
New Carp Brand Launches www.advancedcarpfishing.com/News/article_187/ Mon, 08 Mar 2010 12:00:00 +0000
There’s a new player in the carp market.
