It can look like a leap of faith to the novice angler, but tying on is a lot more reliable than it might seem and you don’t lose any buoyancy as a result. Being a bit of a choddy fan, I have tried a few different types of bait floss. Not all have hit the mark, either not being strong enough or being difficult to tighten down. My prayers were answered when I came across ESP’s new Super Floss. It is comfortably the best floss that I have used to date. The flat profile grips the pop-up securely, and it is strong enough to really give it some stick when pulling the knots tight.
